Under New functionality for e-recruiting 6.0 in Value Package 1 und 2

SAP provides new functionality for e-recruiting via so called value packages. Value package 1 was delivered with support package 5 and includes among other elements:

• so called Dashboards, which allow the user to get an overview over certain work areas (e.g.: new candidates, new applications, expiring postings, ...)
• a new authorization object to control access to activities
• a new activity category for 3rd party confirmation (e.g. from works councils or union reps)
• language versions for questionnaires
• automatic match-up in applicant tracking

Value package 2 will probably be due in January. It will include further new functionality such as:

• more dashboards (updated profiles, feedback from line managers,...)
• the main text in individual correspondence can be changed by recruiters
• new, easy to use design of the candidate search function
