Send Emails from portal application POWL - Approval of trips An alternative approval application to the UWL (Universal Worklist) via SAP-Workflow is the POWL (Personal Object Worklist). In this case you don't need to implement a workflow. Using the POWL you can approve or reject travel requests or expenses or send an Email to the traveler. How to delete the Substitution profile „ALL“ Defining different substitution profiles (e.g. for Travel, Leave Requests etc.) the user can define different substitutions for the incoming workitems in his UWL (Universal Worklist). For this purpose you need to classify the standard task used in the workflow (infotype 1217). Then connect this classification to your substitution profile (tables T77RP and T77RO). If you want to maintain the substitution profiles in the UWL you can choose from the profiles entered in the table T77RP and the “ALL” profile that is generated by the system. If you don’t want the users maintain general profiles using “ALL” you can delete this profile as follows: go to the Content Administration to the Universal Worklist iView and set the parameter “Add All Substitution Profile as default" to „No“. Create Expenses that start in the future You have implemented the WD4A travel request or travel plan and travel expenses. If you want to create a new trip the preselection of travel requests only contains trips that have a start date in the past. If you also want to select trips starting in the future, you can in the Expertview V_T702N_A set the switch 29 (selection of travel requests and travel plans in Web Dynpro ABAP) to "1".
