1 Tips in SAP® HR
Clean up the basic configuration for international HR-data The first international use of SAP HR often doesn’t start with a large rollout project over several processes including payroll. In many cases it is just about maintaining a few infotypes for employees in foreign subsidiaries. Even if HR is used for one country only, you need certain basic customizing settings for other countries, e.g. in order to maintain foreign addresses or reimburse travel expenses fort rips abroad. However, after several years of neglect due to focus on one country only, the respective customizing settings are often in very poor shape. Get to know which settings you should check regularly and compare with client 000.
Considering deduction interval in case of quota compensations As for the deduction of absences (IT2001) the deduction interval is considered in case of quota compensations (IT0416) the deduction interval is ignored. This is how the SAP standard system works, but you can change it. You have to make a modification to consider the deduction interval in case of quota compensations. The SAP-Note 818886 describes the necessary modifications. Retracing deleted time events In infotype 2011 "Time Events" deleted time events don’t appear any more. Automatically entered time events will not completely be deleted though. They are still available in table TEVEN and in the field STOKZ marked as canceled. If you should once have the necessity to trace the time events, then you can view all data via transaction code SE16 - provided that you have adequate authorization.

In this article, the author argued that "Return on Equity (ROE)" is a measure of the last century and should be replaced or at least complemented by the new measure "Return on Talent (ROT)" to support decision making. Read further and get to know more about the author's point of view. Recruitment rating website HireScores.com is a brand new website, developed by experienced recruitment professionals to deliver independent ratings and information about firms throughout the industry. The site invites candidates to rate their experiences of recruitment firms and provide feedback. The ratings system, created in conjunction with both employers and recruitment firms, then produces aggregate results and rankings that are displayed online. The best recruitment companies can highlight their results by creating a free profile of their business and gain clear competitive advantage when targeting both client firms and high-quality candidates.
