Customer Survey Results 2009
In 2009, the obligatory AdManus customer survey was conducted for the 6th time. It referred to the year 2008. The evaluation is based on 157 returned questionnaires. This represents a return rate of approximately 60%. Customer satisfaction with the individual consultants was queried by 22 questions from the following categories:
- Professional qualification/expertise
- Style of work
- Customer orientation
- Project management
- Total impression
Possible ratings:
- Very high = 1
- High = 2
- Average = 3
- Low = 4
- Very low = 5

The very positive rating in all categories (except for “Style of Work”) serves as a clear indication of the high performance achieved by AdManus-consultants, on all qualification levels. This motivates us, to keep improving, and to further increase this high level of customer satisfaction.

- all AdManus consultants aim at outstanding customer satisfaction, and are keen on maintaining and improving this excellence.
- that falling short of the minimum values in any category immediately initiates internal change processes for the individual consultant, and that falling short consecutively may lead to exclusion from the network.
