Results of the 2006 Customer Survey

In 2006, the third obligatory AdManus Customer survey was conducted by the member companies. The questionnaires referred to the year 2005.

The evaluation was based on 121 questionnaires. This actually represents a response rate of approximately 50%. Customer satisfaction with individual consultants was prompted by 22 questions from the following categories:

  • Professional expertise
  • Methodology
  • Customer focus
  • Project management
  • Total impression

This very pleasing result in all categories clearly proves the quality of the performance by AdManus consultants, on all qualification levels. To us, it serves as an incentive to continuously improve our services, in order to maintain and to raise this high level of customer satisfaction.

All customers who have participated in the survey will receive a detailed evaluation.

  • strive for the highest level of satisfaction with our AdManus Consultants, and to continue improving our performance
  • make sure that a consultant’s failure to meet these expectations is met internally by further training and qualification measures, and, should this happen repeatedly, exclusion from the Network.
