Customer Survey 2005

The annual customer survey is obligatory for all companies that are part of AdManus. It is the second survey now and concerns the year 2004.

The evaluation is based on 66 questionnaires. The response rate is 33%. The satisfaction with all AdManus consultants has been evaluated in the following categories:

We fell this is really a good result over all categories and companies which proves our claim to high quality services. Based on these results we will work hard to get even better and force up this already high level of customer satisfaction.
